Adobe Premiere is the best I’ve used. There are others out there, but Premiere isn’t that difficult to learn plus the quality is a lot better than ULead or those types of programs. I am also assuming that you know about lighting.. This is very important and it doesn’t matter if you have a user friendly program or not if you have lighting issues.
