Which one is better; Paint Shop Pro (X/X2) or Photoshop (CS2,CS3)? (NO price comparison please)?
apbangali asked: I have been using PSP since 2005. I’m using PSPX2 now. I have come up with Photoshop CS3 recently. I want to know which one between these two is the better? Preferably comparing the effects and tools.Larry
